2. What Happens Next

3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification

We will review your counter-notice and, if appropriate, may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Elevating Simple reserves the right to terminate access to the website by any user who is a repeat infringer of copyright.
